By invitation we can monetise/credit line the following assets
Bank Guarantees (BG)
Certificates of Deposit (CD)
Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC)
Medium Term Notes (MTN)
Blocked Non-Depletion Accounts (BNDA)
Assets for collateral should be valued at a minimum of USD 5 Million, except
SKRs, which should have an appraised value of USD 15 Million.
* Acceptable assets held in SKRs can be Gold, Diamonds, Art / Collectibles,
Precious Gems, Precious Metals and select valuables. All assets must have an
appraisal that is no more than six months old, performed by a licensed and
certified valuer and must be fully insured prior to submission.
Please note that terms are issued by the specific institution willing to
provide financing and may offer terms different than those listed.
ALL FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS MUST BE HELD IN AN ACCEPTABLE BANK
Submissions will require the following items:
Euroclear Screen shot
Fully completed Client Information Form
Color copy of valid passport
Executive Summary detailing funding request, use of funds
Copies of the instrument being used as collateral (all pages)
Copies of recent valuation (for SKRs)
Copy of SKR / MTN / SBLC / CD
Proof of deposit funds (BNDA)
Copy of insurance policy on the asset in SKR
Copy of Escrow or Bank Lodging information for MTNs
NB: Bonds or assets
held within an SKR should be lodged with a top International Bank and be listed
on the Euroclear system
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE TO CLIENTS:
Please be advised prior to submission that due to the increase in fraudulent
activities, any real or perceived act of fraud or misrepresentation will be
immediately reported to authorities. Referring brokers may also be subject to
investigation if a client is found to be committing any acts of fraud.
What will be considered fraud? In most cases attempting to use an asset that
one does not actually own (leased or assigned), a fake asset or forged
documentation. Borrowers and assets will be subject to increased scrutiny and
compliance checks prior to funds being disbursed.
