Pure-Heart is a division of ICABF specifically operational for charitable donations to select charities and assistance to select and invited Governments seeking grant funding for their humanitarian and infrastructure projects.
With the current Worldwide financial crisis, not only Families and businesses are finding budgets squeezed, but also worth while charities where Charitable donations often represent the primary source of funding, therefore we will donate a proportion of our income to select charitable and humanitarian causes.
We also realise that many countries struggle to overcome debt burdens or have sufficient resources to improve either their nations infrastructure, health service provision or reduce their debt burden.
Through our Pure-Heart program we can assist selected countries with Grant funding.

Economic Stimulus Grant
(Providing Charitable & Humanitarian Funding)
The program is for humanitarian purposes, to assist in improving the economic and social problems facing so many countries of the world.
Participating Countries are obligated to use the Grant for Social,
Humanitarian, Infrastructure needs and Economic Stimulus within their own
country.
These funds may also be utilised to eradicate pre-existing debt obligations.
To access the program a "Letter of Interest" (LOI) will need to be supplied by a senior minister of the sovereign State, where full details and protocols will be provided and explained.
