Our completion fee is charged at

facility.
Application / processing fee of 0.5% of the gross facility with a minimum fee
of £150,000 for International applications (Larger deals by negotiation)
Payable on production of a firm offer of funding
These fees are to cover processing, legal costs, site visits etc.
Third party
fees where required such as valuations and feasibility studies payable direct
to third parties where applicable.
